This beautifully fitted out Collingwood widebeam canal boat comes with the possibility of taking its Residential mooring in tranquil Northamptonship alongside the River Nene.
The fitout is contempory and to a high standard with everything you could wish from a home. A fully fitted galley with hob, double oven, microwave cooker, fridge and freezer. The saloon is spacious and includes the warmth and focus of a solid fuel stove.
The master cabin is comforatble and comes with mirrored wardrobes and access to the Well Deck. The second cabin has a narrow double berth and could easily be converted to an office for home working.
The bathroom includes a full sized bath with shower over, basin and electric toilet that emtiies into a holding tank.
The residential mooring is alongside a branch of the River Nene and includes car parking, shed and use of the riverside. The marina is private with a good community support around.
