These boat details are subject to contract.
This appears to be a lovely solid boat gracing a wonderful beauty spot on a Kent River. The owner has informed me that the new owner would be able to take over renting of this idyllic mooring.
This barge has excellent headroom and feels very spacious with plenty of windows to enjoy your view from.
Alll the main hard work appears to have been done for this conversion but some final touches to the interior would be worthwhile.
