This boat is a superb example of modern excellence.
The quality and style are undeniable - clean, crisp modern lines but with the feel of a classic barge, this boat certainly has the wow factor.
Just one year old, the owners are relunctantly selling in order to move abroad.
The residential mooring is in a country setting but within easy distance of railway stations, town and a good local pub.
The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management.
