Lovely and exceptionally well presented widebeam with a prized residential mooring next to Canary Wharf.
She has a spacious reception room with dining area, modern fitted kitchen, large bathroom (recently fitted out), double bedroom with plenty of storage space.
She has a current Boat Safety Certificate valid until October 2015. Recently out of the water July 2010, hull blackened and new anodes fitted. She is a VAT 'zero rated' vessel.
She’s on a safe and secure marina mooring (with car parking) in London Docklands, just a few minutes from Canary Wharf and close to the DLR, shops, restaurants and bars.
