Boatshed London are delighted to offer this well functioning hotel boat business for sale. This 65ft x 12ft wide beam was commissioned in 2013 by the current owners and in the subsequent eight years has been developed into a highly profitable business that they are now looking to move on.
The sellers have lived aboard whilst taking bookings for two or four guests, all in ensuite cabins and the boat has been all over the inland waterways in the southern half of England. They have run cruises for 3-8 nights and provide meals, drinks and a wonderful boating experience to all their guests which is proven by the amount of repeat business, good will and multiple awards they have won.
The boat and business are both for sale although someone could buy the boat for their own use. With three cabins and three bathrooms, it would make a fabulous floating home for a family.
The business has turned over around £100k per annum and as you can live onboard whilst running the business, the costs are not massive. The boat is laid out very cleverly to make the best use of space with a galley and crew cabin with ensuite heads at the stern allowing the owners to stay separate from their guests but leaving plenty of room amidships for two more large cabins, one double and one twin, again both with ensuite heads and showers. At the bow is a large saloon with space for all four guests to sit comfortably and relax also allowing space for a dining table.
