Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to present this lovely 60 x 12 Euro Cruiser with 2 bedrooms and marina mooring, although the mooring is by separate negotiation and approval with the marina!
The cockpit is the perfect entertaining area with wrap around seating with white cushions, storage under the seating and smart tec-dek flooring. The boat is wheel steering with an emergency tiller which gives you the best of both worlds.
Coming down the companionway you have the electric panel and various switches on your right and then you arrive in the well appointed kitchen diner with modern white units and black granite worktops. There is a large breakfast bar with 2 x stools, a Belling oven, grill and 4 burner gas hob, a new microwave, Hoover 9.6kg washer/dryer, shoreline fridge and separate freezer. There is plenty of galley storage space.
The saloon has a striking central fireplace with a new chimney flue fitted in sep 22', Portway Marine Multifuel burner, glass shelving, large porthole mirrors and a television. There is a large Habitat Click-Clack double sofa bed, low profile fin radiators running down both sides and under gunnel LED lighting.
Next you arrive in the second bedroom with a brand new 4ft mattress, an impressive triple wardrobe space with boxed-in fin radiators at the bottom, TV, fitted desk/dressing table and mirror and the plastic holding tank is under the bed.
Next is the large shower room with an attractive large shower cubicle, fitted vanity units with porcelain wash basin, Venus electric pump out toilet, plenty of storage and a heated towel rail.
Finally you arrive in the master bedroom with a free standing metal bed with a brand new 4'6" mattress, 2 x large mirrored double wardrobes, 2 x large sets of drawers, 2 x porthole mirrors, low profile fin radiators and access out onto the foredeck. The bow of the boat has a unique Dutch-Barge-look bow with gas storage locker, 2 x general lockers and access to the bow thruster with 2 new batteries.
