Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft Wide Beam with London mooring in Haggerston, N1.
This private and secure mooring site has only four boats on it and the site has the advantage of lower mooring fees than nearby sites as well as no transfer fee.
This one bedroomed boat is ideal for an individual or couple in this desirable part of North London with a large open plan living area and galley, bathroom with electric heads and shower compartment and double cabin at the bow with good storage. The boat is fitted with a stove and diesel central heating.
Built in 2014, the boat was fitted out by the original owner to a reasonable standard but would benefit from some investment in the kitchen if you wanted to fit a proper cooker and fixed units. The bathroom has just been refurbished to a high standard. The main living area was painted by the current owner and they would admit probably needs redoing more professionally!
The boat is fitted with a bowthruster for easy manoeuvring and the owners have enjoyed regular cruises up and down the canals so the boat hasn't been static for years.
Current mooring fees are £10,080 per annum. The mooring is fully transferable and has a pump out on site. Electric and water is included. BSS to Oct 2022.
