This stunning widebeam canal boat has everything you could want or imagine. Less than three years old and immaculate. Every detail has been attended to and uniquely designed for the present owners who commissioned the boat of their dreams.
The open-plan galley, saloon and eating area is light with purple gloss kitchen. The galley comes with double oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and plenty of storage. The L shaped communal table can be converted into a double berth for occasional guests.
The saloon has a luxurious leather sofa that converts into a very comfortable double berth. The focus of the saloon is towards a mirrored shelf that conceals an automated rising TV and has a sound system that works with wifi and I-phone. The TV can be further enhanced with the satalite dome and free-view smart TV box included with the sale.
Heating is provided by the solid fuel stove and under-floor heating that works in conjuction with the stylish radiators throughout. These run from a Wabasto diesel heating unit located in the engine compartment. The heating can be controlled from your mobile phone via a compatable App.
The main cabin offers a king-sized bed with built-in wardrobes and draws beneath a large vanity unit and second TV. Double doors open onto the forward cratch and large clear cockpit tent window.
A second cabin holds two bunk beds the bottom of which can be converted into a double or third single.
The shower room has a walk-in shower behind a curved glass screen and electrically operated toilet that collects into a holding tank.
The boat is set on the side of the Grand Union Canal south of Milton Keynes in a rural setting at the start of the Chiltern Hills. The residential mooring and adjacent canalside land are available to the buyer.
