Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 55ft x 10ft Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring.
This Viking Wide Beam was built in 2012 and was initially used as a continuous cruiser but has recently been moored permanently in Hoxton and run as a B&B. The current owners have fitted it out to the highest standard with the interior design being done by a professional architect and this is evident from the moment you step on board.
With a fully open plan layout, the boat feels spacious and light throughout with modern touches at every step. The double cabin at the bow has a king size bed with storage underneath and a massive ensuite wet room to the port side.
The residential mooring at Gainsborough Wharf is fully transferable and this small community of boaters are welcoming and hospitable. They are looking for someone to become a full part of the community.
Current mooring fees are £715 pm (£8,580 p.a.). Council tax is payable at the lowest band. The boat also has a commercial BSS to 2020.
