Commentaires du Broker
Here, to coin a cliché, is a 'Proper Little Ship'. She has had three owners from new, her original owner was an engineering company owner with a steel shipbuilding background. He commissioned the design, a 'one off', and steel fabrication commenced in 1985. She was first commissioned upon completion in 1991. She is a well found and solid motor sailor suited to extended cruising or as a comfortable year round live-aboard. There is an especially comfortable wheel house, saloon, a spacious aft cabin with its own heads, and a forward cabin adjacent to the main heads compartment. The second owner, of two years, improved her considerably. The motor has been recently serviced and is in excellent order and reliable. She had new upholstery and wheelhouse cover as well as new deck canvas on skylight and lockers. Her sails are in almost new condition and we believe that her first owner never used the main at all! She sails well, motors well, but her second owner found her just too large for his purpose.
Her current owner, who bought her in July 2013 to live on while his house purchase went through, has now moved ashore and so she is back on the market. I consider her to be an absolute bargain and would have no hesitation in paying the asking price myself, if I wanted such a vessel for 'Blue Water' cruising or as a comfortable floating home at a bargain basement price!
NB. Her picturesque berth may be available by negotiation with the Marina Co.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: We understand that the owner may consider an offer on the asking price.
