This is one of 35 Pacific Trawlers built in the Bellingham, WA area. It is unique in that there were only five of the two stateroom models produced. It is also one of the few that had two heads.

Semi-displacement hull with full keel and skeg-mounted rudder.

The cockpit is an open transom design (with a full complement of staples for security) and creates a tremendously large space for relaxing, storage of kayaks, etc. Owners of these boats rave about this design and report no issues with water coming aboard. This unique design is very advantageous for easy access while boarding the boat, and can be very accommodating for disabled people who don't want to give up boating.

The hull design is by Blane Seeley, a well-known West Coast designer. The interior was altered for this model, creating a larger galley and better designed aft head and shower.

The hull construction is heavier than most trawlers in that it has keel and chine doublers. The area over the keel was also sealed in the event that the keel was holed. The Hull extension is completely bonded to the transom and two additional tanks were added. One 60 gallon for fuel and one 60 gallon for water. The water is set up to supply fresh water to the heads. For long trips salt water can be used by changing a couple of valves.

Access to the upper deck and flybridge is from a staircase outside the starboard pilothouse door and also a ladder from the aft deck. This can easily be removed to make the aft deck larger for entertaining.

Access to the saloon from the aft deck is through double doors. There are two solid teak sliding doors in the pilothouse, providing easy access to the foredeck.

New bottom paint May 2016.

Accessing the saloon through the aft doors you'll find the galley on the port side with a large double sink, combination refrigerator/freezer, two-burner counter top electric stove with a built in Panasonic microwave below.

On the starboard side aft you'll find a large L-shaped dinette with a trestle table that hinges up and can be moved out of the way when the single berth is used. A full set of drapes and blinds are included in the saloon and second stateroom.

On the port side forward is located the second stateroom. It can be used as a stateroom by dropping the hinged panel on the aft side and closing off the opening to the pilothouse. There is also a sliding teak door for privacy. With the panel up it can be used as another seating or work area since the double berth slides in. There is also a fold down desk and a removable table .

On the starboard side opposite the stateroom is a head and shower. The shower is separate and has a bi-fold door. The shower drain is designed to drain directly over board -- no need to clean out a shower sump.

Moving forward into the pilothouse, the 12-volt and 120-volt panels are located to starboard with generator controls included. The switches have a sliding plastic cover.

The helm station is just to starboard of centerline with a three person bench seat behind it. The helm panel drops back to allow steering from the bench seat. Instruments are located overhead with the radar and plotter on the counter forward of the helm station .

The companionway into the forward stateroom is just to starboard of the helm. The V-berth is very comfortable for two people because of the vessel's beam. Each berth is 3.5 feet wide at the head. The head is located aft of the berth on the port side and a hanging locker is on the starboard side.

Access to the foredeck and flybridge is from either pilothouse door. The area aft of the mast and dinghy boom is large enough to hold a 12' dinghy.

The flybridge has a centerline helm seat with bench seats to port and starboard.
