A great opportunity to become a member of this fantastic floating community at Lisson Grove by purchasing this 40ft narrowboat.
The boat itself is interesting, as the modifications made to the wheelhouse and steering deck would suggest that the boat was has been extensively cruised.
The interior is clean and functional, although would benefit from some cosmetic redecoration. Externally, the topsides appear to be in good order.
The boat has a fully transferable CRT leisure mooring at Lisson Grove. Current mooring fees are circa £5,800 pa.
The boat was last out of the water in 2016 for blacking and new anodes. She is scheduled for dry-docking at St Pancras in November to be reblacked. New owners would be able to keep this booking if required.
BSS valid until September 2027.
