A cosy liveaboard for a single person (or a couple who don't live there full time), this 1985 narrowboat is an affordable option for someone looking to start a life on the water. The boat has been recently repainted externally although is due for blacking in the next 12 months.
The current owner has done some really nice internal improvements including a redecorated galley with its new black cabinets looking really smart.
Poplar Dock Marina is a welcoming community just to the east of Canary Wharf. It has good transport links with the new Elizabeth Line finally open. The residential mooring is fully transferable to the new owner (7.5% + VAT transfer fee payable) and current mooring fees are £9,845 per annum.
