Sea Otters have something of a cult following and it's easy to see why. They are charming, well put together, easily maintained and built to last.
A well appointed little cruiser or live-aboard, she is currently on a London residential mooring. This mooring can be transferred to the new owner by agreement with Marina Management (a transfer fee is payable).
For her size, the boat has generous fore and aft cockpits, bright accommodation and is extremely clean, tidy and well cared for throughout. A recent survey shows her to be in good order.
This is an excellent investment for anyone wanting a small liveaboard or pied a terre in a vibrant community which is close to both the city and local shops and amenities.
