Boatshed Medway are delighted to present this 70 foot Replica Luxemotor barge built in 2003. The vessel is currently on a residential mooring on the River Medway near Rochester within a stones throw of the train station for easy London commuting. Inside the vessel appears in good condition, the space is very light & airy, the wheelhouse is a very clever design with a canvas roof & collapsible windows allowing you to get under the lower bridges when you are cruising. The exterior is in need of a paint & tidy up which the owner is getting on with the maintenance but due to work commitments he is now finding it difficult to keep up. The vessel is a movable working vessel so there is no problems getting her to dry dock for any survey or inspection that's required, if your looking for a vessel to explore the waterways of the UK or Europe but still want all the comforts of home then this is certainly worth your attention!
