The general layout: A chain locker is forward followed by a V-berth. A feature of this V-berth is that the aft ends have sufficient head room to provide additional sitting space. Aft to port is the helm station and to starboard is the nice galley. Features include a three burner propane stove with oven, a stainless steel sink with pressure water, nice counter space with storage above and below. The refrigeration is via built-in ice box. To port is a dinette which can be converted to sleeping for two. Aft to starboard is the head with sink and small counter. Up two steps to a rather large aft cockpit with a full enclosure which looks as if new. On the starboard forward are the steps to a very nice flybridge with all the controls and a wind screen. All of the interior surfaces appear clean and very well cared for.
Cabin heat is both electric and hot water from the engine while underway.
The cockpit has a full enclosure including side curtains.

Commentaires du Broker
Here is a truly unique offering. This a classic wooden boat built in Seattle by a respected builder. It is in original condition except for the updated systems as well as the newer engine. The condition and appearance of the wood appears as "new."
The interior still maintains the wonderful aroma of wood and varnish. The surfaces show the deep gloss of well-cared-for varnish. There are so many features present in this 28' package it bears serious consideration for a variety of uses. Day cruises around the lake, enjoying the sun from the fly bridge, overnight trips to the San Juans and more. The full enclosure for the aft cockpit provides rainy day protection.
A viewing of this vessel will be a pleasurable experience. This boat appears to have been kept under cover for a very long time. It shows no ill affects from exposure to the sun or rain.
These boat details are subject to contract.
