This is a very, very tidy example of the wonderful Freeman 27 river cruiser. This particular diesel powered boat appears to have been very well cared for and loved by her owners as she seems to be a very tidy example.
She is clean and tidy and appears to be nice and dry. The current owner bought her last year to have on the Broads but is not using her so she is up for sale as he does have another boat elsewhere.
She had a good survey last year which is available to the buyer. Her wood all seems to be very good and her upholstery is undamaged and very comfortable.
These 27 footers are a very spacious as they are a good bit wider than the regular Freeman's and you can really feel this. This boat has a pump out toilet with holding tank and diverter valve, inverter, Eberspacher heating 2 new maintenance free batteries (April 23), new Storm Force canopy (May 23), recent engine service (April 23) and was antifouled sept 2022.
She has a light and bright cockpit with good seating and safe easy access to he BMC engine and other underfloor services.
The galley is well equipped with concealed gas hob, oven and grill, fridge and an excellent sink unit and full hot water system. The galley has ample storage lockers.
This boat is very well presented in original gelcoat and I did not detect any deck delamination when walking the deck areas.
She appears to be a standout example of the Freeman 27 and will delight her new owner. She has a current Boat Safety Certificate to Feb 2028 and her Broads toll is paid to March 24. Her mooring in Brundall may be available by separate negotiation with the marina.
