On the aft deck there is an outside dining area with seating for up to six people. The boat has a small hydraulic crane for easy loading of a tender or jetski. An electric winch is used for raising an lowering the mast as well as the anchor.

On the coachroof are mounted two expedition canoes. The side decks are wide with decent guardrails and plenty of lounge space on the coach roof.

Central London homes dont come much better than this the moooring is currently on a 44 year licence and could be purchased for £ 225,000 Over and above the boat price.
A fully working sailing barge which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to a very high standard. This includes an excellent range of navigational instruments and a sophisticated entertainment system. She is currently used for corporate entertainment and therefore an additional income stream is available. This boat would make a fantastic live aboard barge and is one of the best Dutch steel barges i have seen.
