Boatshed London are delighted to offer this fantastic 23.5m Dutch Barge for sale, which has recently secured a residential, transferable mooring at South Dock Marina. Beautifully restored fully since 2019, the hull was overplated in February 2020 and epoxied giving the new owner peace of mind that the hull is in excellent condition.
Everywhere you look on this boat, you can see that money has been well spent on maintaining her and this really is a barge that you can move straight into and even go cruising.
Laid out with two double cabins, a really bright saloon thanks to the large skylights and there are separate heads and shower rooms. The wheelhouse has fantastic views out across the dock with a large seating/dining area which is perfect for entertaining. There is the opportunity to extend the forward cabin into the forepeak area and create a larger bedroom, studio/office or an ensuite heads.
The DAF 615 engine was completely rebuilt in 2006 and has had about 300 hours since then. The whole engine room has excellent access and headroom and there is space for a workshop in there too.
The residential mooring at South Dock Marina (new pictures on the way once she has been moved into place) is fully transferable and current mooring fees are £11,342 per annum. There is no transfer fee applicable on this sale.
