Commentaires du Broker
This is a fine example of the traditional, long-keeled, 33ft motor-sailer designed by Alan F Hill and built by Prior & Son at Burnam.
These beautifully crafted boats are exceptionally well built and appointed, with heavy teak interior and solid GRP displacement hull construction. They will provide safe family cruising around our estuaries and coast.
The layout comprises a central cockpit under an open wheelhouse with fore and aft double cabins. There is a well-appointed galley with seperate fridge unit and sink cooker/oven combination. The saloon is focused around a large dining table with ample seating. The fore cabin is deep, airy, and light with an access ladder to a central hatch.
The interior space is impressive with good headroom, with plenty of natural light, which flows throughout the boat including the aft cabin.
The wheelhouse/helm position is roomy and extremely well protected by the ridged windscreen and coach roof. A canvas canopy fills the back section completely sealing the area from the elements.
Power comes from a BMC engine completely overhauled, well-maintained, upgraded, and improved by the current owner. At the same time the boat was rewired with new instrumentation and controls
The current owners are moving on to a new project and are open to offers. A swinging mooring on the River Orwell is paid until the end of December 2023.
