Boarding is easy via the extended swim platform with tall stanchions and makes an easy transition to the cockpit area. The swim platform has storage compartments port and starboard and a hinged middle section to aid in the servicing of the outdrive.
The cockpit is very large with deep bulwarks which house 4 separate storage lockers for the propane locker, extra propane canisters, and general storage. The cockpit is fully covered by an extension of the cabin which holds the dinghy. Access to the dinghy is via a ladder on the port side. Maneuvering along the decks is easy with stainless steel rails on the cabin and the deck surround is wide enough for comfortable footing along both sides leading to an expansive bow.
The cockpit floor, bulwarks and engine compartment are covered with non-skid making it very adaptable to a long day of fishing and crabbing or setting out deck chairs to enjoy entertaining and a dinner from the barbeque.
Leaving the cockpit to the saloon via the water-tight door you transition from a utilitarian-feel to a area that is noticeably refined. The paneling and all cabinets are cherry finish; the floor appears to be in good condition. The windows are very large with no noticeable water intrusion; they appear to be well seated and sealed. There is an abundance of light and great visibility from the helm station.
The head with separate shower stall is to port just as you enter the doorway. To starboard is a small storage area to hang wet gear or store deck chairs. Forward to starboard is the dinette which converts to a double berth. Opposite to port is the U-shaped galley with ample storage, sink, three burner Princess propane stove/oven, microwave and Norcold Fridge/freezer combo.
Forward of the dinette is the helm station with navigational equipment and tall, comfortable captain's chair.
Forward to the bow you enter the stateroom via three steps to port or starboard. The berth lies athwartship with hanging storage at the head and foot of the bed and additional side-by-side storage toward the bow.

Commentaires du Broker
A unique power catamaran proven in the Northwest; hull configuration, wide beam and low profile give her excellent stability and she is very fuel efficient.
Original owner purchased the plans from Boden Boat Plans (NSW, Australia) and built the vessel in Ontario, Canada. Current owner added an extended and reinforced swim platform which is reportedly capable of handling weight of twin engines if new owner wishes to refit.
This boat is a combination of "rough-ready" and refined: her exterior has non-skid covering most of the decks, a water-tight door, and deep bulwarks surrounding the cockpit. Her interior is finely finished with cherry cabinetry, a beautiful dinette/settee, and propane water heater, stove/oven, and cabin heat to keep you comfortable in any weather.
Getting to shore will be safe with the rigid fiberglass dinghy. Manufacturer's site indicates it is very sturdy and stable. And, this dinghy is easy to deploy from the top with the Roskelley/Olssen davit system.
Loads of storage throughout the cabin will allow you to enjoy weekends or extended cruises. She is ready for you to enjoy your next adventures!
