In all respects, this is an outstanding houseboat. She commands the dockside on which she is moored and is bound to draw admiring glances from passers-by.
Her interior has been painstakingly modified and upgraded, from her original shell.
Now benefitting from Velux roof windows; full central heating; a spacious bathroom (with separate bath and shower) and a kitchen/galley with central work area and all mod-cons, including a dish-washer; 5-burner, 2 Oven stove and integral fridge & freezer.
There are still some areas that need to be finished off, such as the workshop and utility area, but all living areas are tastefully decorated and ready to move into. These comprise the kitchen, bathroom, three double bedrooms and a good-sized lounge.
She is a beautifully fitted out houseboat and should be viewed as such, with "properties" in the area selling for much more than her asking price.
